Attorney Steven E. Cowen is one of a small number of attorneys in the country who specializes in business debt reorganization under the Small Business Reorganization Act (SBRA). With over 34 years of experience and more than 2,000 cases handled in Southern California, Steven has helped business owners eliminate merchant cash advance debt, restructure SBA loans, and save their companies from closure.

Steven E. Cowen, Esq. has practiced law in California for over three decades. He is a member of the State Bar of California (Bar #132988). Mr. Cowen graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he was a member of the law review.
 
Since founding his practice, Mr. Cowen has represented business owners throughout Southern California — including San Diego and Orange County — in matters involving business debt reorganization, Chapter 11 Subchapter V (SBRA) filings, merchant cash advance disputes, and personal guarantee issues.
